Where you purchase a subscription (including The Vault membership), your subscription will automatically renew and you will be automatically billed at the applicable renewal rate until we receive notification that you wish to cancel.

7.1 Free Trial

We offer a 1-month free trial for eligible subscription products. At the end of your free trial, access will be terminated unless you sign up for a paid plan. Your free trial will expire automatically — no action is required to cancel.

By providing your payment information, you authorise GTM Hive Ltd to charge the amount due to your chosen payment instrument. If we believe a payment has violated any law or these Terms, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse the transaction.

9. Right to Cancel and Receive Reimbursement

If you are a customer in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The cancellation period ends 14 days from the date of purchase for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium.

You may use the Cancellation Form at the end of these Terms, though this is not required.

9.1 Exceptions to the Right to Cancel

The right to cancel does not apply to:

• Custom or personalised goods
• Goods that will deteriorate or expire rapidly
• Newspapers, magazines, or periodicals (except subscriptions)

9.2 Effects of Cancellation

If you have expressly consented to the supply of digital content during the cancellation period and acknowledged that this cancels your right to cancel, that right will no longer apply.

Any reimbursement will be made using the same payment method as your original purchase, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

10. Consumer Protection Law

Where the Sale of Goods Act 1979, the Consumer Rights Act 2015, or any other applicable consumer protection legislation applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms will not limit your legal rights and remedies. These Terms will be read subject to the mandatory provisions of that legislation. In the event of a conflict, the mandatory provisions of the legislation will apply.

11. Limitation of Liability

GTM Hive Ltd and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

12. Indemnity

Except where prohibited by law, by using this Site you agree to indemnify and hold harmless GTM Hive Ltd and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our Site or your violation of these Terms.

13. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, subject to the dispute resolution process described below.

14. Dispute Resolution

Subject to any exceptions specified in these Terms, if you and GTM Hive Ltd are unable to resolve a dispute through informal discussion, you both agree to submit the matter first to a non-binding mediator, and to binding arbitration if mediation fails. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding. Any mediator or arbitrator must be a neutral party acceptable to both sides. The costs of mediation or arbitration will be shared equally.

Notwithstanding the above, you and GTM Hive Ltd each retain the right to:

• Bring an action in small claims court
• Seek injunctive relief or bring an action for intellectual property infringement

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be deemed void and removed. All remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time to maintain compliance with the law or to reflect changes to the way we operate our Site. We will notify users of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our Site. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
