It's common for founders and leaders to see problems clearly, but not always know the best way to solve them. These 'known unknowns' tend to eat-up executive attention, or be pushed to one side.

Advisory relationships enable leaders to access our deep professional experience on-demand. We provide clear guidance on the issue, a recommendation on how to proceed, along with where we experienced these issues personally, so that every recommendation we make has real-life context.

Advisory solutions are offered in two forms, Micro-advisory sessions, and a more traditional non-exec format.
Micro
Advisory
Delivered in 45 min sessions.
The on-demand format means I am available as needed, whether a regular slot, or when the executive has issues that need to be discussed. It's most common for these to be fairly sporadic, meaning I often speak to an exec more than once in a single week, followed by a couple of weeks of no contact.

Non-Exec
Advisory
Observes a regular monthly cadence, such as a SMT, Board or Advisory group meeting where a variety of themes are presented and discussed systematically. A typical example would include:
- Half-day structured meeting
- Follow up
- Ad-hoc calls
